I worked closely with Urvish in a CDMO/client consultant relationship. Urvish was responsible within the CDMO for the development of the chemical process to a novel API, taking the project from early development to Phase III. I have found Urvish to have strong customer focus skills and he was always responsive to client requests. He maintained a positive focus even when the project hit unforeseen issues and undertook to deal with issues and respond to client requests in a professional and courteous manner.
